In 1342, Khurshid Hospital had surgery, otolaryngology, pediatrics, blood, infectious, internal medicine, heart, and women's departments, but with the development of Kashani and Amin hospitals, some of these specialties were removed from this hospital. In 1361, the university secretariat was allocated to the children's hospital named after Hazrat Ali Asghar (AS), which after six months was added to Khurshid Hospital and was busy with a number of departments of Khurshid Hospital, such as dialysis, dermatology, neurology, veterans and chemical patients. Activity and exploitation were done. In 1379, the name of Khurshid Hospital was changed to Noor Hospital, and in 1396, with the addition of the Al-Mahdi building, the name of the center was changed to Khurshid Educational, Medical Research Complex, and it is operating as a hospital affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. This center has been in operation since 1300 AH. It has provided health and medical services needed by the people of Isfahan and neighboring provinces. Due to the history and experience of the hospital in providing educational and medical services to the community, this hospital plays a significant role in improving the health level of the community.
